计算机内存取证技术

一、计算机物理内存简介

计算机的物理内存一般我们指的就是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)。内存是一种易失性存储载体，它保存处理器主动访问和存储的代码和数据，是一个临时的数据交换空间。大多数的PC的内存属于一种动态RAM(DRAM)。 它是动态变化的，因其利用了电容器在充电和放电状态间的差异来存储数据的比特位。为了维持电容器的状态，动态内存必须周期性刷新- 这也是内存控制器最典型的任务。

由于计算机的内存(DRAM)需要持续供电才能保持数据可持续访问，因此也称为易失性存储。美国普林斯顿大学曾做过关于计算机冷启动攻击的研究（https://citp.princeton.edu/research/memory），计算机在断电后，在很短的时间内内存的数据就会消失，然而通过液态氮冷却，可以将内存中的数据进行冻结，再通过一些技术方法来解冻并获取原来的内存数据。

On November 1, 2018, the Canadian Breach of Security Safeguards Regulations1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) come into force, mandating notification requirements triggered by the discovery of significant data breach. The Canadian regulations follow the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)2, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)3, and related New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Rules and Regulations (NYCRR 500)4.

Under the new regulations, organizations that experience a data breach must conduct a risk assessment to determine if the breach poses a real risk of significant harm to any individuals whose information was exposed, and then notify the Privacy Commissioner, affected individuals and any other agency (think law enforcement) that might mitigate harm to those affected.

最近和圈子里的朋友聊天，常常被问到几个类似的问题“为什么国内很少听到真正CSO、CISO的职位与人员”、“如何做好一个企业的安全负责人”“一个企业安全负责人应该具备什么样的能力要素”等等，加上前两周几个媒体记者对网络安全话题比较感兴趣，想搜集些素材，出几个安全方面的稿子，有些基本概念不太理解找我讨论，如“安全就是挖漏洞吧？”，“企业安全团队是不是每天工作就是抓黑客”，感觉很有必要写点东西，力所能及的发一些声音出来，无所谓正确与否，权当是闲谈参考吧。

首先CSO、CISO在很多企业里还没有上升到一个正式的职位，现在见的比较多的其实是“公司信息安全第一负责人”，这个理解起来容易，这里谈到的“如何做好首席安全官”也是这个概念，另外就是讨论的范围仅限于甲方公司，也就是“企业安全”领域。啰嗦了很多铺垫，进入正题，首席安全官的十二个基本能力要素。

Here’s an example of how they would display.

（一）简介

2014年2月，NIST发布了《关键基础设施网络安全框架》V1.0正式版本。本安全框架的起源是美国前总统奥巴马发布的行政令《提高关键基础设施网络安全》，要求NIST制定安全框架，应包括一系列与标准、方法、程序和过程相匹配的解决网络风险的政策、业务和技术方法。

2017年1月，NIST发布了V1.1的草稿，预计今年10月份会出正式版本。

美国NIST《关键基础设施网络安全框架》version 1 解读

2014年11月23日

美国国家标准与技术研究所今年2月份发布了《关键基础设施网络安全框架》，关于该框架的核心内容及个人的理解总结如下。认识不足之处欢迎多交流。

网络与信息安全方面，国外的标准、规范比国内相对完善的多，同时在做事情上也更有条理性。国内的安全行业具体技术点上的能力未必弱，但是规范体系方面确实有不少的差距。

个人的看法：合规未必安全，但是合规是基础，尤其是现在大量的网络和业务在合规方面做的还远不够。在合规的基础上，再重视不同业务不同网络的特殊安全需求。合规可以解决信任的问题，信任是安全的基础，但是合规不等于就安全了。安全是一个持续的风险管理过程，不是一个点。

（一）、定位：
一般我们谈到网络安全的范围主要涉及到国家安全、关键信息基础设施安全、社会公共安全和公民个人信息安全。不同层面的安全需要不同的组织不同的方法来解决。
